Many people's favourite to definately get sacked at some stage this season, Martin Jol, says yet again that he is defiant and will not leave the club as he prepares the side for Getafe's visit to White Hart Lane.

Spurs have won just once in the Premier League this season, against Derby County, as well as beating a Middlesbrough side with no strikers in the League Cup and a part-time Cypriot side in the UEFA Cup, which according to Jol shows he shouldn't be under pressure because of their 'impressive' displays in cup competitions.
