In his final press-conference ahead of the big match, England boss Steve McClaren says he's happy to reveal Steven Gerrard is fit, willing and able to face Israel despite his broken toe, with Owen Hargreaves facing a late test on his injury problem.

Paul Robinson will keep his place in goal, says McClaren, and the side know they cannot afford to drop a point in order to keep their qualification hopes on track.
