Suarez backed by club - Dalglish
Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish says the club is sticking by Luis Suarez despite opting not to appeal his eight match ban for using racist language towards Man Utd's Patrice Evra.
Having read the 115-page document on the FA's ruling, the Anfield side decided not to pursue an appeal despite disagreeing with the judgment, which they claim is based on nothing other than Evra's word against the Uruguayan.
Should Liverpool win their FA Cup 3rd round clash with Oldham this weekend, then Suarez will make his return for the Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on 6th February.

Personally, I think it's cynical and wrong to accept the 8 match ban even though it's beneficial to use the upcoming Cup games to expedite Luis Suarez clearance whilst Suarez & LFC honestly feel they have received unjust treatment. The due process should be used to clear LS without regard for siren voices of press and pressure groups.THE
