Beckham pays tribute to Speed
Former Manchester United and Real Madrid star David Beckham has paid tribute to Gary Speed, who was tragically found dead in his Cheshire home on Sunday morning.
The ex-England captain, currently on an end-of-season tour in Jakarta with the LA Galaxy, having won the MLS title last week, claimed it was a sad time for the game. The Wales' national team boss, who won 85 caps for his country and enjoyed a long career with Leeds United, Everton, Newcastle United, Bolton and Sheffield United, leaves behind a wife and two boys.
Tributes have been flooding in for the 42-year old from all corners of the globe, including ex-team mates and football's governing body FIFA.
