Beckham excited to lead Samsung charge

Samsung has unveiled David Beckham as its brand ambassador for the London Olympic Games in 2012.

The electronics giant want the former England captain, arguably the most famous name in sport worldwide, to help promote further ways for fans to enjoy the Olympics using Samsung products.

The LA Galaxy star, 36, was a key contributor to the success of the London bid and says he's excited to be working with the company on such a large event. He also reveals he's desperate to be involved in any potential Team GB football team, whether it be in a coaching or playing capacity.
