Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand says his season feels as if it's only just begun, after suffering an injury-hit campaign.

The 32-year old has endured a difficult season, whereby he lost the captaincy at both United and the England team due to his lay off, but admits there's everything to play for now he's back, with the club in the hunt for a second treble, last achieved back in 1999.

With the side 7 points clear at the top of the Premier League with just five games left, an FA Cup Semi-Final against their City rivals this weekend and this week's Champions League Quarter-Final 2nd Leg against Chelsea, there's everything to play for.

Ferdinand made his return to the United line up for their 1st leg win at Stamford Bridge last week, but believes despite their advantage Chelsea have the ability to win at Old Trafford. Indeed, United's last home defeat in any competition was one year ago, when Joe Cole and Didier Drogba scored to win 2-1 - a scoreline which would put them in a semi-final against Schalke in all likelihood.
