Bale 'touch and go' - Redknapp

Tottenham star Gareth Bale has been rated as 'touch and go' for tonight's crucial Champions League Last 16, 2nd Leg clash against AC Milan.

The North London side welcome the Serie A leaders to White Hart Lane having won 1-0 in a memorable match at the San Siro three weeks ago, and will look to avoid defeat to seal their progress in to the Quarter-Final stage.

Bale returned to action at the weekend in the 3-3 draw at Wolves, and was back in full flight during his cameo.

But despite no reaction to his back problem after six weeks out, Redknapp revealed the Welshman is suffering from stiffness in his legs.

Rafael Van der Vaart is fit and is expected to partner Peter Crouch in what has become a formidable partnership in the Champions League this season.
