This Friday sees the second final of the JP Morgan Asset Management Rugby Sevens, as four teams compete for two places in the Grand Final.

With Saracens and Harlequins finishing first and second respectively in last weekend's final, it's down to Leeds Carnegie, Newcastle Falcons, Sale Sharks and Leicester Tigers, who'll no doubt be roared on by their fans at Welford Road.

We look back at an exciting Friday night of action, hearing from winning captain Kevin Barrett and Harlequins' Chris York after they progressed.

It's all about the week ahead however, with Newcastle Falcons' Rob Vickerman saying he's looking forward to an exciting competition, as well as Sale 7s coach Pete Anglesea. We also hear from Leicester Tigers Dan Hipkiss, who says it's great preparation for the full season ahead.

Rugby Sevens has a bright future and we talk to England Sevens coach Ben Ryan joins us to give his views on what's in store in the coming years for the sport.
