Liverpool's Europa League progress came at a cost as Martin Skrtel suffered a broken metatarsal.

Rafa Benitez' side are without a win in their last two league matches since winning the Merseyside Derby at Anfield and face a Blackburn side who have picked up six points from their last two games.
