Grays Athletic manager Julian Dicks is in buoyant mood ahead of a long trip up north this weekend. His side take on Gateshead at the International Stadium, currently sitting 2nd from bottom in the Blue Square Premier.
The Gravelmen have undertaken a big change of personnel since Dicks was placed in charge in September but believes his squad is almost complete.
