Crouch gives Capello headache

Tottenham striker Peter Crouch yet again laid down his claim to England manager Fabio Capello, after netting a brace in the national team's 3-0 win over Belarus.

The languid striker touched home Gabriel Agbonlahor's cross after just 3 minutes following good work from the Aston Villa forward, before slotting home the rebound on 76 minutes after substitute Carlton Cole saw his shot parried by Belarus keeper Yuri Zhevnov.

Shaun Wright-Phillips netted in between to sign off England's successful World Cup qualifying campaign in style.

The 6"7 striker says he's happy to give the manager something to think about and admits he's facing a fight to make the cut for the final World Cup squad next year.
