Adams certain of England win

Former England captain Tony Adams has little doubt in the outcome of Wednesday night's World Cup qualifier against Croatia.

The ex-defender - capped 66 times by his country - believes things are looking up with Fabio Capello in charge, and sees no result other than a victory for England at Wembley, with all aspects of the team impressing him thus far.

Having previously managed current England right back Glen Johnson, Adams has come to the defence of the defender, insisting he is improving on the defensive aspect of the game.
