Hull on crucial Croatia tie
Following the formalities of the Nationwide International friendly victory over Slovenia at the weekend, attention turns now to Wednesday night's crucial World Cup qualifier.
Croatia arrive at Wembley, still with memories of their 3-2 win over England two years ago - a result which cost then manager Steve McClaren his job, and the country its participation in Euro 2008.
But it's a different story this time around with Fabio Capello in charge of the side. A 100% qualifying campaign so far leaves England needing just one win from their remaining three matches in order to cement their place in South Africa next year. Our man in the England camp, Chris Hull from official team sponsors Nationwide Building Society says the hosts should accomplish their aims by Wednesday night, with Jermaine Defoe in blistering form whilst Croatian talisman Luka Modric sits out the game through injury.
