An early Kevin Davies goal couldn't unsettle Arsenal as the visitors responded in superb fashion to beat Bolton at the Reebok Stadium.

Manager Gary Megson admitted his team were completely dominated first half by the slick passing of the North Londoner's but took heart from the second half performance. The Trotters boss says some of his players put in their best displays of the season as they tried to score an equaliser as they looked to undo the damage done by Emmanuel Eboue & Nicklas Bendtner within 90 seconds of each other. Alas, it wasn't to be as Denilson rounded off the scoring and secured all 3 points in the 87th minute.

But Megson is looking at the positive and says the crowd were absolutely electric - the loudest he has ever heard them.
