Listen - Ladbrokes.com Special Bets Preview

We're all set for the big tee off in Valhalla as all the final preparations have been done, and we're set for three days of the most competitive golf you can imagine.

The US takes on Europe in the 37th Ryder Cup, looking to regain the trophy they lost back in 2002 - with captain Paul Azinger making a number of surprise decisions in his team selection to go with his European counterpart Nick Faldo, who has suffered some criticism for his final picks.

The US are still on offer @ 5/4 to win on their home patch, with the Europeans @ 4/5 to retain the crown for a 4th consecutive time.

But Ladbrokes.com have a number of specials on for the competition and spokesman David Williams gives us a run down of what is on offer.

Paul Casey bagged a hole in one back in 2006 and if you fancy any other player to do the same, then you can back it @ 5/1. If you want to back a specific player to hit an ace, then you can back each player individually @ 100/1.

Henrik Stenson was the hero at the K-Club in Dublin last time out, sinking the winning putt. If you feel he can repeat the feat this time around, then he's available @ 16/1. Fellow Compatriot Robert Karlsson is in great form going into the competition, having won his first title in two years just 12 days ago and he's also on offer @ 16/1 to win the contest for the Europeans. For the Americans, an outside shot for debutant JB Holmes to win it in his home state is available @ 33/1.

Sergio Garcia is the Europeans hottest Ryder Cup player, and you can get 5-1 on him To Score 5 Points, whilst Phil Mickelson is favourite for the US @ 12-1.

There's also a market on the Number of Matches to reach the 18th with 11 Matches or Less and 12 matches or more both on offer @ 5/6.
