Listen - Paralympic Games 2008 - Johnson overwhelmed by home coming response
Listen - LIZ JOHNSON INTERVIEW
With 42 gold medals & 102 in total, it's been ParalympicsGB's most successful games yet. The team touched down back in London yesterday after a stunning performance in Beijing, emulating the success of the able bodied athletes in the month before.
One of the gold medallists delighted to be back is Liz Johnson. The Newport-born swimmer won the 100m SB6 and says she's in shock at the reception the team have received after they touched down back home.
And she also believes it shows how much Paralympic sport is going from strength to strength.
