Listen - Paralympic Games 2008 - Dimbylow praises Barker
Listen - MATTHEW DIMBYLOW INTERVIEW
7-a-side footballer Matthew Dimbylow says it's great to see the team gel finally and managing to record a win, as they stunned China in front of a massive crowd of 4,235. The ParalympicsGB team ran away with a 10-2 win, with four goals from Michael Barker in the 7th/8th place classification match in Beijing.
Matthew Dimbylow also netted for the team but praised his four-goal striker who put in an excellent performance.
There's a good future for the 7-a-side team, which is participated in with players diagnosed with cerebral palsy, according to Dimbylow, with a much stronger squad expected to be fielded in London 2012.
