With the international break over, Rafa Benitez responded to Sir Alex Ferguson's comment earlier in the week where he questioned the worth of Robbie Keane.

Benitez signed Keane for £20.3m in July, but is yet to get off the mark in his 5 competitive appearances so far, which led the Manchester United boss to highlight the Irishman as the surprise transfer of the summer.

Of course there's a game to be played between the two bitter rivals, with Liverpool having not come up on top in some 7 years.

But that's not enough to dampen the spirits and with Fernando Torres and Steven Gerrard fit to play, Benitez thinks his side have improved a lot ahead of the game.
