Everything is on the line this weekend as the race for the Premier League title enters the final day for just the fourth time in its history.

Chelsea take on Bolton at Stamford Bridge and must hope for any slip up from Manchester United at the JJB Stadium. Both teams are locked on the same number of points but due to United's superior goal difference, a win will be enough for them to claim the title.

So Avram Grant's men need to win to stand a chance of the title and admits he's likely to keep an eye on proceedings in the North West.
