With the summer off for all the home nations, plans are already being made for the next round of qualifiers.

The 2010 World Cup is next up on the agenda from the autumn onwards and one man with a particular interest is Wales manager John Toshack.

Speaking at a SponsoredByYou.com event in Cardiff hosted by the Wales team sponsors Nationwide, Toshack talks at great length over his hopes for the next round of qualifiers - with reaching the tournament in South Africa a target he set back in 2004 when he took over the job.

Toshack talks at great length over the development of his younger players, such as Tottenham duo Chris Gunter & Gareth Bale, along with the likes of James Collins and Joe Ledley. And it's Ledley's personal form and club that have caught the eye for the manager with Cardiff City reaching the FA Cup Final for the first time in 81 years, with the 21 year-old scoring the only goal in the Semi-Final.
