Listen - West Ham's Nani wants to maintain tradition
He may well be an unknown quantity on these shores, but Gianluca Nani is looking to make a big impression at West Ham United.
The 45-year old arrives from Serie B side Brescia, where he's held a similar role since 1999 and becomes the latest addition to the Italian influence on the English game.
Speaking at his first press conference, Nani outlines what he will be responsible for as he looks to improve the club's scouting network and youth development as well as assist Alan Curbishley in strengthening the first team.
