Manchester City boss Sven Goran Eriksson, speaking ahead of the early kick off against Arsenal, tries to shed some light on Benjani's confusing potential transfer to Eastlands.

The Zimbabwean striker had a work permit granted in early afternoon but didn't show up at City's training ground until 23:15! Apparently there was a wrong turn involved which meant the 29 year-old ended up in Wigan!

The Premier League have since said they need to study the paperwork to see if the move has been finalised within the allotted time, but Sven admits it was a long day for him and he's still none the wiser as he hunts another striker.
