At belated unveiling of Wigan's new manager, Steve Bruce aimed a parting shot at his old club. After six years in charge at St Andrews, Bruce left for job security to take charge at the JJB Stadium for a second time. His first stint in charge lasted just 7 weeks before moving to Crystal Palace, however the ex-Man Utd defender believes firmly this time he has what it takes to improve the club and take it up the league.
Speaking about his old employers, he added "Familiarity breeds contempt"
